Today's picture/Old toy

I just walked into the study and caught the sun highlighting Tom's old toy, which now the grandchildren happily play with.

  1. That was a favorite toy with my girls as well. How nice to have your grandchildren playing with it now.

  5. I remember my daughter loved hers. I looked for these when my grandchildren were toddling but couldn't find one anywhere. Such a shame.

  6. I remember those! There was--still is--a great independent toy store here in Nashville called Phillips Toy Mart that specialized in quality wood toys.

  7. I am so refreshed by your blog photo header, the post on this wonderful toy, and the dear series of posts on your growing grandchildren. How blessed you are to have them, but of course, how blessed they are to have you! These are precious days at your lovley home.
